GET INVOLVED
At Rabbits Eat Lettuce we pride ourselves in being as inclusive as possible. We welcome all creative types to submit an application for one of our programs as well as any positive enthusiastic people to join our team of volunteers to help the festival run smoothly.
VOLUNTEER
Volunteers who choose to work during the festival will need to complete two x (6) hour shifts and pay a deposit to secure your place. After the event if you complete your shifts you will be given a refund ($100 admin contribution is retained). All volunteers will receive an awesome Rabbits Eat Lettuce crew T-Shirt & Lanyard which can be kept after the event.
All volunteers will also be granted early entry to the event on Thursday so you can get the best camping spots!
Volunteers must present to their shift 15 minutes before their start time and be sober and well rested.Please submit a photo of your self in party costume in your application to be considered!
MUSIC
We are excited to offer space for emerging Electronic Artists, Live Bands, Solo Acoustic Artists, and DJs on our stages.
The Rabbits Eat Lettuce Festival is your chance to showcase your music to thousands of enthusiastic attendees from all over Australia and beyond.

MARKET STALLS
Rabbits Eat Lettuce will have a village precinct with a bustling market area with funky stalls selling food, drinks, hand made clothing and creations etc.

WORKSHOPS
Our Workshop space will create a platform for people to pass on their skills, craft or knowledge to our festival guests. The workshop program will run everyday of the event from 8am until dusk.
Anything from; Arts & Crafts, games, painting, dance, yoga, massage, meditation, drumming, theatre, body art, through to ecology, permaculture, music production, DJing etc.

THEME CAMPS
In the spirit of the Burning Man Festival, we’re thrilled to open the doors to Theme Camps at our event. If you or your crew have a creative idea for a public space or immersive experience that everyone can enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.
REL Theme Camps are known for their visually engaging setups, quirky and inviting themes, and their ability to spark creativity and invite interaction. We’re looking for camps that provide unique and captivating experiences for all festival attendees.

VJ / MULTIMEDIA
INSTALLATION
FESTIVAL BUILD
We’re on the lookout for skilled hands—carpenters, tree climbers, electricians, painters, and other talented folks—as well as creative and artistic individuals to join our build crew and help bring the festival to life.
The build commitment is a minimum of seven days before the event, but if you’re up for the full experience, we’ll be working on-site for two weeks leading up to the festival. It’s a great chance to get involved, meet new people, and be part of creating something amazing!

FOR MARKET STALLS
ARRIVAL
Stall holders are permitted to arrive on site Wednesday 16th April 2025 between the hours of 10am and 4pm unless otherwise agreed.
All market stalls MUST be onsite and set up by 6pm on the Wednesday 16th April 2025. If you have organized access to electricity it will be available from Wednesday afternoon at 4pm until Monday at 2pm.
If you need electricity to keep your stock cold before 4pm Wednesday you will need to bring your own generator for this time..
STAFF TICKETS
All stall spaces come with two tickets for staff. If additional people are required you are able to purchase up to (6) additional staff tickets for Food stalls.
If you would like to purchase extra staff tickets they must be paid for by the 15th March 2025 via bank deposit. If you do not pre purchase staff tickets you will have to pay gate price for each additional staff member.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
All stall holders are required to use biodegradable detergents & serving paraphernalia (plates, bowls, utensils). All stall holders are responsible for the proper disposal of all waste generated by their stalls.
Wheelie will be located onsite and can be used by stall holders for solid waste. Stall holders are expected to leave their site completely clean. Because of messy people in the past we have now decided to enforce a cleaning deposit, which must be paid in addition to the stall fee.
This deposit will be refunded once the event is over if you have left your area clean and clear of waste. All Food & Beverage stall holders MUST have their own sullage / grey water pump and hose to deposit their grey water in the holding tanks. This hose most be at least 15m long.
